We can accommodate guests with a mix of sitting/standing options in our loft space for special events, a full venue shutdown or covered patio (weather dependent).

We offer cocktail-style service with delicious food and beverage menu options: Guests have the opportunity to mingle in a casual atmosphere while sampling tasty grazing-style food and share some fine cocktails. May include buffet or food stations, passed hors d’oeurves and cocktails. *no tableside service.

The only exception to this rule is a $500 food and beverage minimum is met. This is typically for parties of 12 or more people. Pre-order is required.

$1000 food + beverage minimum + $20% gratuity: includes rental space fee

$2000 food + beverage minimum + $20% gratuity: includes rental space fee 

FULL VENUE:

Available 4-8pm • 3 weeks advance notice for bookings *holiday weekends excluded from event bookings

Accommodations and capacity: 

• Loft: 32 seated capacity - standing max of 40 with the addition of three high tops (4 farmhouse tables with 8 chairs at each table)

• Main level: open casual space accommodates up to 60 guests standing and seated/lounge arrangements *inquire about patio capacity or hosting in our patio in the Summer

$3,500 + $1000 food and bev min + 20% gratuity 

★ Summer rate (April 1 - Oct 31) 

$6,000 + $1000 food and bev min + 20% gratuity
